Design that gives back
At White Canvas, we believe good design should do good. It’s why we look for opportunities to give back in ways that are meaningful to us, whether that’s through supporting local organizations, amplifying important causes, or offering our time and creative skills where they’re needed most.
From initiatives that empower diverse entrepreneurs to those promoting health and wellness, we’re proud to support efforts that make a difference. For us, it’s about using what we do best to help build a strong and connected local community, because when we lift each other up, everyone thrives. And together, we can create a better place to live and work.

The Forum
The Forum is a Canadian charity dedicated to empowering self-identifying women, non-binary, and trans-femme entrepreneurs. Since 2002, it has supported over 18,000 entrepreneurs through resources, mentorship, and community. We’re proud to support their mission through branding and event collateral for the 2024/25 Pitch Finale and donor initiatives, and we’re excited to continue our partnership with the upcoming 2026 Pitch Finale.

Ignite the Night
Vancouver Firefighters Charity supports local communities through fundraising and outreach initiatives focused on health, safety, and emergency services. Their flagship event, the Ignite the Night gala, raises vital funds to assist those in need, strengthen community resilience, and honour the dedication of firefighters. We were honoured to contribute branding, event collateral, and a Squarespace website for the gala as part of our sponsorship support.

Plunge for the Cure
Plunge for the Cure is a cold-plunge fundraising event supporting cancer research and patient care. Participants brave chilly waters to raise awareness and funds. We’ve supported the event since its inaugural year with branding, event collateral, landing page design, and media coordination, as well as ongoing collateral for the 2022–2024 events. Our team attended the plunge in 2022 and 2023, and contributed a donation in 2023.

Women and Girls in Sports – Vancouver Bandits Basketball
The Women in Sports Sponsorship champions greater visibility and opportunities for women and girls in athletics. We partnered with the Vancouver Bandits to design exclusive T-shirts for the 2024 and 2025 events and merch collections, with proceeds supporting programs that empower the next generation of female athletes. We also proudly sponsored the 2024 event.

TWU Women in Leadership Program
The TWU Women in Leadership Program empowers emerging female leaders through mentorship, skill-building, and community support. In 2023, we sponsored the program and our team contributed through panel participation, networking events, and a donation to help inspire and equip the next generation of women leaders.

Fraser Valley Fusion Softball
Fraser Valley Fusion Softball is a girls’ minor league team that nurtures young athletes through skill development and competitive sport. From 2023 to 2025, we proudly donated our services to design the official U14 tournament banner, celebrating team spirit on and off the field. We also made a donation in 2023 to further support their program.
