The story behind the project
The Forum is a national Canadian charity that has empowered over 18,000 women entrepreneurs through mentorship and education. Their annual Odlum Brown Forum Pitch culminates in a high-profile fundraising gala, but their existing branding was not aligned with the premium, elegant tone they wanted to convey for this event. To elevate the event, White Canvas developed a sophisticated, modern visual identity that felt distinct yet connected to The Forum’s brand. Our cohesive design system, featuring minimalist elegance, a warm, neutral palette, and a reinterpretation of their arch motif, built anticipation and enhanced the guest experience. The refreshed identity was highly praised and helped the event raise a record-breaking $1.3M, solidifying The Forum’s commitment to empowering women in business
