Wesmont Homes required a brand approach that could extend beyond a single identity to support multiple communities under one developer umbrella. We developed a strategic visual system that established Wesmont’s core brand while allowing for distinct, market-ready sub-brands. Rosemont in Armstrong, BC was positioned with warmth and timeless appeal, while Saxon Park in Surrey, BC introduced a more contemporary, energetic tone. Each identity was crafted to stand confidently on its own while maintaining a clear connection to the parent brand. The result is a considered brand architecture that supports future growth and strengthens market differentiation.
