The story behind the project
Following Vesta Properties’ acquisition of the Kingsview at Maple Bay development, the brand required a thoughtful refresh to support future phases and align with a broader portfolio. We led the evolution of the brand from the ground up—developing naming conventions, a flexible identity system, and a clear parent-to-phase structure that could scale as the community grows. From logo design and colour palette to typography and brand voice, every element was carefully considered. The refreshed identity was carried through digital campaigns, social media, signage, and sales materials, creating a distinct and compelling presence for Kingsview on Vancouver Island.
