As 80's kids, a long time dream of ours has been to design a vinyl record cover. So when Summerset Music Festival approached us with the concept to create a thank you record for their sponsors and partners, we were ecstatic! For the record jacket, we infused the existing festival branding by creating a vintage pattern for the background. On the back of the jacket we had some fun using Fort Langley's history (home to the Festival) to create a guitar made from Fort Langley typography. The record labels featured all of the 2019 headliners, with matching thank you inserts that include areas for a handwritten note and photography highlights from the event. We look forward to working with Red Door Events and the Summerset team for their 2020 event!
