Part charity foundation, part real estate investing, we set out to create a brand system that speaks to the different areas of Trinity's business model – marrying both real estate investing and philanthropy. A family company, our goal was to position and connect the brand's two divisions (foundation + real estate) while also nodding to the Irish family heritage, while also finding a way to make legacy and tradition feel modern. We did this by creating custom iconography to speak to the different pillars of the brand, with varying brand patterns for a more built out identity kit.
